Where can i find the wood pattern you used on the outside of the house and the inside. Also is the sink in that bathroom a store item and if so what set is it in and if not where can i get it? You always amaze me with your skills, I wish i had skills like you!

The wood pattern is actually that ugly yellow EA one that (I think) comes with the base game or a game update :) The bathroom sink is an item from the Master Suite stuff pack.

Is the sims 3 pack not working, or it's just easier to install as a library file? I would like to know for future uploads as I thought I fixed my sims 3 pack problem, but may have been mistaken.

no it's not the sim3pack i have a later 1.31 and it wont install because of the update. I'm on a mac so updating means i won't be able to play

Ahhh ok, thanks for that info! :) I have uni exams at the moment, but when they are finished I'll put up the library file for you (actually considering what you said, I might try and put up those for as many of my downloads as I can as I'm sure that happens to lots of people).
