Ah, start small. Any human mind will do for now. But eventually I'd prefer to get something with some real information attached to it. One learns best with good teaching.

Monosodium phosphate, tryptone, live yeast or yeast extract, glucose, and hydrochloric acid. For now, that is all I need.
