I would so equip them. I just need to find the armor and bears to do so. WHICH SHOULD BE EASY.

The only hard part would be training them. Though you'd have to make sure to keep them in the forest. I can't imagine what the news reports would be like if they got loose into a small town like the one you guys live in....

...well. They got loose last month when I set lose the twenty bears in Forks. It almost makes me wonder how they'd react to armored bears.
