The irony was that it was cooler back home, where my part of Ontario is notoriously humid, and had been on the day I left. The entire time I was in BC, the temperature in Vancouver before adding a humidity factor was the same or higher than the "with humidity" value back home.
We walked a lot of places, but Davie Street was mostly to go out to eat. I mostly noticed the people, or more obviously, the eye candy.
We drove through Stanley Park a few times and I walked along the seawall near it. I took a bus tour into it but never actually stepped on the soil. It's on my list for next time I visit. Kitsilano was mostly walking past the "Welcome" sign as we turned off and under Granville Bridge to get to the island. I will explore further next time.
