Can Chase have visions your character's canon's future? What of, exactly? Can she tell your character? Sure! She can see Megatron being shot by Cyclonus (a traitor in the ranks), three strange Cybertronians bringing their dead fourth into Decepticon base to look for Heatwave, Heatwave pooling his abilities with them to bring Megatron back to life, and Nexus Prime (the combined form of those three Cybertronians, the dead fourth one, and Heatwave. Also a demigod). She can tell him if she wants.
Is Chase allowed to predict your future? Sure.
Are you alright with Chase breaking the fourth wall around your character? Yep. Heatwave will assume it's another universe and not his, though.

Can Chase have visions your character's canon's future? What of, exactly? Can she tell your character? Kasumi's from the farthest point along in her canon so unless she magically gets added to the next game, there's unfortunately nothing to tell.

Can she tell your character? well he's kindof already had a handful of spoilers from his future self, but i'm totally cool with tos references as a 'future' for him, and if there's anything in particular you want to mention or something, i can give you some headcanon? there'll be plenty of neardeath experiences. and uh. an actual death i suppose.
