wait, an iced maple latte? maple and coffee? i'm perplexed and intrigued, and wish my keyboard had an interrobang.

espresso sweetened with maple syrup (I prefer B grade, because it tastes so much more maple-y), with milk and ice. I usually cool the espresso, stir in the maple syrup, add the milk and the ice last, but I have seen cocktail shaker methods that also look quite nice. Should you find yourself in the neighborhood, I'd happily make us some to sit and sip over.
