Because my real life is so tedious at the moment, I want to live online.

3. Statistical Research (Yep, you can make those numbers say anything you want to.)

Ooh, I'm sorry you're having tedious life. That is the suck, and I hope that changes soon!

I love that you were a costumer - that had to be a VERY interesting job...

Ha. The diet Pepsi has to be from the fountain, huh? I think that there is definitely a difference in HOW a soda is prepared, whether from a bottle or can or fountain. I think they all taste different.

Hope DH starts to feel better, and enjoy your trip!

Costuming was the opposite life of mine now. LOL

I hope the dh gets better soon, too. My patience for patients is not infinite. It's why I don't have children.

HAHAHA. Boy, do I hear that. When my mom was so sick, being the attendant/nurse was second nature. But I'm not the kind that would ever want to be a full-time caretaker. No, no that would NOT be my choice.

Yep, you do it because you love them, because you want to, because you have to but it doesn't come naturally for me. Now you know. Lazy and selfish. *hangs head in shame*

Oh, don't I know it! As a scientist I'm always suspicious of stats because you can make them say almost anything you want!

It's nice to have scientific backup to my innate distrust of statistics. That's not how that job started. I'll never forget that manager's face when I answered, "I can make that number mean anything you want it to." The game, of course, is to pretend those number really do mean something. LOL

I've driven by NotL but we haven't stopped. I googled it. It looks like a lovely place to visit. The Falls are one of my favorite places for a weekend trip. Maybe next time we'll meander in that direction. We're in Northeast Ohio - not too far from there. Are you in Canada?

Yeah, but the be all and end all is that depending on what analysis you use, even whether you go log or linear scale, it can tell you different things. Yeah, right...

We're in Northeast Ohio - not too far from there. Are you in Canada?

Near Toronto. And NOTL is totally worth it next time you go by. If you can afford a night at one of their wonderful inns, go for it. If not, there is fantastic theater or just a lovely main street with wonderful quaint little shops. Oh yeah, and the best damned coffee shop anywhere.
