She was putting knick-knacks in the fridge, but that was years later when the senility began.

I wish that I had your green thumb. I have not seen any sprouts from the garlic bulb that I planted awhile back.

Was it a grocery store one? Often they are treated to prevent sprouting...

No, it was a big beautiful bulb from my parents house that I scattered about
