Maybe your lab tech wanted a more concise report? Dunno... I'd just follow whatever ridiculous format they want.

I wouldn't worry. 14 pages is way too much for a spec. lab. I'm sure if you keep it consise you'll do fine. People tend to write too much when they didn't understand it (trust me, I handed in some really long lab reports).

Also: You just made bucky balls very, very dirty for me. Or at least, dirtier than they already were.
