With one small (well, maybe not small, but whatever) sticking point, this week is ending on a MUCH better note than I would have thought.

Wow, great work! I hope you got the bookstore thing straightened out? That's like the debit users nightmare, where they charge you and claim it didn't go through. :(

The bookstore was very helpful, actually, and I got it straightened out and refunded - in theory.

Of course, when I then went to buy the rest of my books yesterday (value about the same amount), I STILL got a "limit exceeded" message. Since I hadn't used my card for anything else but the refund yesterday... I thought either the refund was SOMEHOW a withdrawal, or my bank lowered my limit again.

But Mom suggested that maybe I don't have a limit on withdrawals per se, I have a limit on the value of the transaction. Which makes sense.

So I'll try to pick up some books again tonight before night class. I'm just having a lazy day bumming around my house right now.
