Bean, honestly, I don't know what to tell you, other than I think that you have a correct attitude about things. You are absolutely correct, things could be a million times worse. And I think it is marvelous that you actually took the first step to get help. I wish I could help you out bro; I know how hard life can be. Just hang in there, because you are a strong person. I have the same problem with reading and taking notes in class. I'm thinking of buying a small tape recorder so that I can take notes at my leisure after class, or just listen to the tape. All I need is $$ to get it...

I think it's really good that you get stuff off your chest like you're doing. I'm glad you don't just talk to me, but you just let it all out in your LJ. I think sometimes talking and not having someone say anything back...and you just get to think about what you've said, helps a lot. I could tell you I'd listen and never give my two cents, but we both know I can't. I'm sorry if that bothers you, but I guess I just feel like my experiences can help you - help you by knowing others have been through similar dilemmas. I know people like Fig and Sovs, for example, are always there...just like I am. We're here for you to talk to, get advice from, or just sit where we are, caring about you, and letting you do your thing. I'm sure they will agree with me that you are one of the most capable individuals out there...and we know this sucks for you, and hopefully it'll have a partial or complete resolution. In the mean time..I'm here, and they're here..just do what you need to do babe.
