I figured out how the flies are getting in my speghetti sauce...while i'm making my sauce i put a lid on the pot, but sometimes i put the stirer in and crack the pot a little...

...and the flies fly in and die in the sauce...

then i have to pick them out.

*yawn*

If I may answer this one?

It can't be avoided around here, really. Flies, crickets, little spiders, earwigs...you can bomb and spray and clean and it'll happen anyway. Best to just shake hands and call a truce. And then swat the bastards when they aren't looking. :)
