In the long run, it's always easier to be who you are. Facades are hard to maintain and do tend to implode.

I tend to be chatty and a little goofy. My gregarious tendencies led to a date with the person to whom I am married. I asked him if he wanted to go to a movie. He said sure. We went out to dinner. A couple weeks later, he asked me if I wanted to see a movie. I said sure. The next thing I knew, we'd been dating for about six weeks. :-)

Oh, and I loved the other entry too...about the archaeology expedition in your purse. You could easily turn it all into a short story.
