wasn't it just? I was so, so thrilled with this episode. I just want to take it home and hug it and pet it and name it Squishy, or something like that.

Also I love the vagueness of which trilogy Ianto and Edmund are talking about.

oops! I'm glad you enjoyed it - totally not my intention to ship them, but it works! sort of. in a weird and twisted way?

:D I had a specific trilogy in mind while writing it, but I left it vague on purpose - glad you liked that.

they, uh, may or may not be one of my crossover OTP's. *shifty eyes* I'm actually writing a sequel to that one fic I wrote with them having shenanigans, though whether it'll ever actually get done is another question entirely.

it really was, wasn't it? but I was so pleased that neither of the guys 'got her,' in the end. and she was happy, so that's nice.

Yeah, it was more bittersweet for Philip because he never got over her. Gwyn would choose wild and free over being queen any day. And now that I think about it, I sorta-kinda shipped her with Froederick too so it's nice that neither guy 'won'.
