Have to admit that I have a Mac, have for about 2/3 of a year now, and I don't think I'm ever going back, but it's obviously not going to be for everyone. My sister has a Dell and it's been giving her all sorts of trouble lately, but I know she watches a ton of stuff on it as well as going on all sorts of, well, busy websites (you know, the sort that have flash animation and games and videos and noise and the like) so I don't know how much an affect that stuff has had on it.

Naaaaaarrrrrrniiiiiiiiaaaaaaaaaa. I want to say that I'll be there on Sunday for sure, because it's about time I rewatch all the Narnia movies and I would lovelovelove to do it with you and a bunch of other Narnia fans, because it makes it that much more enjoyable, right? BUT I have no idea what I'm doing on Sunday, yet. If I'm free, it'll probably be about 3 EST or so (I think that's when it would be)- if I'm around I'll definitely just drop in and join wherever you're at.

Hmmm, what sort of trouble has it been giving her? What type of Dell is it? and what is it that you specifically like about your mac?

NARNIA NARNIA NARNIA. :DDD I just have so many FEELINGS about them all. any time you can be there would be awesome! It should take about 7 hours total, I think. So we'll probably at 3, to give the most people from the West Coast a chance to join in. :D

For a while, the computer was just really slow for her, taking forever to load things, etc. But then about a month ago, something went wrong with the firewall (I think) and it wouldn't even startup properly so she couldn't use it at all, and even now that that's fixed, certain applications aren't working for her anymore. However, I have no idea if that's because she got a virus (I mean, it was probably a virus) or if it was a specific dell problem or what.

As for my Mac, the main reason I got it was for the battery life (about 10 hours if the screen's turned low), but I also just like that it starts up a lot faster than other computers do (although I'm only able to compare to Windows). I also love how thin it is.

And I remembered after leaving the comment that I'm at a dance competition this weekend, so I don't know when I'll be driving back but I'm guessing it's Sunday afternoon. If I'm back soon enough, I'll join in for the last bit, but if not, I hope you all have fun!
