When should the new banners be submitted by?

Whenever you like - the banner challenge is currently ongoing :) If I get more than one seasonally themed banner before the 1st December I'll run a couple day vote on it, so if you're planned on a holiday theme before the end of November would be good, but otherwise feel free to make lots of banners for whenever you like!
