Hello, and welcome to our second Monthly Comics Discussion Post!

The comics were fairly light on Clint this month (he'll get a better showing in December), so I thought I'd take the opportunity to talk some more about the upcoming Black Widow comic in 2014. I already posted the cover for issue #1 here, so take a look at the cover for issue #2.

I am so excited for this comic I can barely speak coherently! I don't get to my local comics store very often (it's not very local!) but I made the time for a trip on my birthday and as soon as I walked in the door, the guys (because, yes, all guys) were all "Noto! Black Widow! Too cool!" which was fun.

Plus, I love the 'normal' take on superhero life--I have a soft spot for kitchen scenes in the Mansion that goes back decades. :D

Spending a day on airplanes means coming back to ground to all sorts of surprises. Man that looks good. I will succumb and create a "pull list" at my comic store (now that I know what that is). And it will be Great.
