While Natasha's age drifts around the place from fic to fic, most people generally have Clint as being late thirties/early forties - and both their bodies will wear out. Bodies particularly wear out when the owners are a pair of secret agents who put said bodies through a lot. Joints get strained and restrained and simply just age, broken bones can be reset but still ache, arthritis tries to set in (particularly given Clint's an archer)...
Basically, anything that deals with the fact that it's not just sexy scars the pair of them will get, but a combination of career-related injuries and aches plus the cost of being a baseline-normal, ageing human.
I've been kicking an idea around that can absolutelly incorporate this in, though I'm sure it won't be what you might have imagined when you promted this...
