one odd thing I've noticed about my dreams recently is that a lot of them take place in the same settings that don't actually exist - I've had dreams that take place in and around a haunted mansion for years now, and if it changes from dream to dream, it doesn't much. I have a fairly consistent dream reality too. It's mostly based on my home town. Which is pretty weird when I go home for a visit. I drive past places I have only seen in my dreams for years.

What is really weird is the dream people. People who don't exist in this reality but have a consistent identity in my dreams. They reappear on different nights, in different situations but know about past dreams.
