Weren't the patterns swapped on the English design?
That is, the above image seems to be the heraldry (based on the English example) of someone in Windmasters' Hill claiming right to Caer Mear.

Make each part rectangular, rather than escutcheon based.
In this case, it means making the hand added field at the bottom of WH green instead of blue.
