Wen and Li are still there but I don't think they appear until around episode 16. I think they're around more after that.

They were probably searching for the special kind of b-daball or whatever it is they need for the new tournament. I think episode 16 is also where Kiba, a childhood friend of theirs is introduced.

um no bull dose not have a b-daman in the second season he just helps characters repair there b-daman
