It is tiny, but it is cheap... I think there is a darth of neglected housing in that area of town. The town of Burlington might be a little more interesting to deal with than the laid-back town of Bristol.
I "have" to get something up here, that I can afford.
My mom's estate I'm told is in trust till I turn 50. I have to check the Will as it was 30, and need to See if brother changed it. Prob better off holding anyway for the housing market to return.
