Good Day & Bad Day

Felt good about today, i finally mustard up enough stregnth and time to get in a full workout. Ive been sick for the past 3 days so ive been unable to do anything. I was proud of myself, did 8 or so solid sets of bench press. Started out light at 115 lbs, reped it 12 times. Then 125 lbs 12 times, then 135 12 times, then i ended with 145 7 times.
