Alright, time for a very shallow post that I'm sure you have all been waiting to hear. So while I was in Seoul, I had been experiencing my first foray into Blasian dating. However, I must say that the 'dates' and custom of dating were both so relaxed that I don't know if I should call them dates but more 'one on one' time with local Korean men

Angel in Us coffee?? That was on the Korean TV show "City Hunter" with Min Ho Lee!!! sorry I just scanned the article and saw that haven't read the rest yet. I got into Korean culture after discovering Korean TV on Netflix!! I love it!!! I totally want to go there! I am so excited to have stumbled upon your journal because I too am a young black woman (early 20s) and was really wondering what it's like to be a young black woman in Seoul. I want to visit there one day and even live there for a while if I enjoy it. Thanks!

Ashley if you liked Min Ho Lee in "City Hunter" you will love him in "The Great Doctor" and "Boys Over Flowers" also on Netflix. He also sings and was on recently on an international tour. You can find his music on Amazon and iTunes. I planning to visit Seoul either this summer or the next when Min Ho Lee or Jay Chou is in concert. Check out Jay Chou in the "Secret" on Netfix. The soundtrack for this film is freaking amazing. I love the Korean culture, music, food and the respectfulness of Korean men and women.
