How do you post a picture?

I have been trying to post pictures and I can't figure it out! Ahhh...I thought I was computer literate but I just have no patience.

Do you update your journal in html view? I think there is a highlighted link under the text box to switch to html view. Once you are there, you can hit a button on the upper tool bar that will allow you to enter the source code for your image. Hope that helps.
