God, work sucks. At the moment work is dragging me down, but I usually enjoy my job, but recently its like I keep hitting a big fucking wall every where I turn, as I get problem after problem thrown at me. It's annoying when your stressed out, and you press the 'available' button on the phone, and another customer comes through with a big, ugly
