Yes, Penguin is a fast learner :D
I think so too, that Penguin had his first times with Shachi, when they are on the sea and no women there and he needs to release it. But he would be careful, since Shachi couldn't handle such pain xD
With Law he could do much more, since Law can handle it more and likes the pain xDDDD

In our roleplay with PengLaw we also used seacuffs xD
