challenge 002: dr who (rose and the 9th doctor)
ok - time for another of my favourites: dr who! i'm going to keep it pretty specific, i.e. the caps are of the 9th doctor and/or rose.
we'll have other dr who challenges in the future and the sexy mr tennant will feature, so fear not! i'm just being chronological :)

o1) please use only the images below (not similar ones from elsewhere).
o2) you can use whatever brushes and textures you like, as well as text, but you must use one of the images below as the basis of your icon.
o3) no animation.
o4) entries close on friday the 14th of decembr at 7pm a.e.s.t.
o5) you may submit up to three different icons.
o6) entries will be screened.
o7) please submit the url for your entry as well as the icon, like so:
