I'll be writing a story. I take it the submission guidelines for an f/f issue can simply be derived from reading the linked guidelines but substituting 'female' for 'male' where applicable?

Pretty much! You can scan over some of the previous issues if you want to get an idea for what submissions look like, but it's basically the same thing, only with lady parts.
