Can somebody help me? I'm looking for a good program to convert .doc files to .pdf.
Preferably freeware.

Open Office is a word processor that opens pretty much any text file, and the later versions have a built-in PDF converter. It's freeware, and really easy to use.

Edit: Whoops, Open Office is the name of the suite of programs. Within it, you can choose to just download whichever program you want, and Writer is the text editor with PDF.

Thanks. First I tried to install it, and found out the trial only convert 3 pages. But I found the online version in the bottom of the page.
