And lying down and staring at the stars on a warm summer night is the most beautiful connection you will ever make, to anything, ever.

yes. so much that.

One of these days we really do need to get you out to the mid-June gather out at four quarters farm. This is a related statement in that one of my personal traditions for the event is to spend several hours one night lying in a high meadow field, staring at the stars we can't see at the city-filled coast, and giggling at the beauty of the universe. It has been known to keep me going for the rest of the year.

I would love that!

It is my fond hope that, before too much more of my life passes by, Kady and I can be in a financial position to do more traveling. Crossing coasts for a gather is pretty unthinkable right now, no matter how awesome it sounds. :(

Speaking of -- I still need to register for Mythicalia, don't I? I'm perenially horrible about that.
