Congratulations! And tell her she was right about something going wrong in my garage... the washer and dryer died one after the other. She also said the landlord wouldn't want to pay for it. We bought both appliances off of the previous tenants, so there was no way we were going to get help from the landlord. Part of my New Year's resolution is to review my notes on everything else she told me in my reading!
