Well, he's fairly used to heavy winds, but this is ridiculous. All he wanted was to come visit his fellow awesome hair city, and now he's being half blown down the street.

[and she's darting around chasing a rolling recycling bin, half blown around herself. stumbling a little from an unexpected gust, she barely manages to roll out of the way and miss him.]
