It's good to hear that you're flexible about who Arthur dates and the type of ending he might get :)
Ariadne is spirited, isn't she? I'm glad you enjoy the female characters as well--they get a bit less facetime mostly because Arthur's life (and the criminal world, generally) is so male dominated, but there are several important female figures in his life.
I chose Balal, even though I am ALSO Team Cho, just cause I like him so much!. Though Arthur is definitely putting him in pretty unnecessary amounts of danger... Dunno how he could ever forgive him if/when he found out. Cho and Eames at least understand the inherent danger in being with a man like Arthur.
Shoot, I almost want to change my vote to Cho or Clean House, but I like Balal SO MUCH!
I voted for Arthur to get his shit together before he gets into a relationship.
I think that Balal (unless he too is part of a long con) is just too nice a guy and doesn't really deserve what Arthur has put him through - the lies and misinformation. I don't think it could end in a particularly healthy relationship when you find out the person you thought you were falling in love with is involved in organised crime and even lied about his own first name. I don't think they could realistically overcome it.
I'm a complete OTPer when it comes to A/E so it feels odd for me to argue that I don't think that they should become a proper couple, even though it will pain me so. What I hope for is that they work together to get out alive when the shit goes down. Have a bittersweet ending, where they realise that they could have been but with all the shit happening there's no real way of sustaining a relationship.
I am invested in this fic, far more than I first thought, gah!

Barring that, I'm team Balal teaches Arthur how fucked up he is and makes him want to be a better person.
More Ariadne! She's spunky! But really I want all the women. I want all of them and their stories and how awesome they are.
