Venue must provide adequate police and security force who coordinate with Eames' personal security team in advance of the show.

Venue must also arrange for four private cars stocked with bottled water with drivers to take Eames & team back to hotel at the end of the show.

During the artist's performance, the entire backstage area and dressing rooms will be a non-smoking area. Any offices or acts near the artist's area and dressing rooms MUST comply with this as well.

IMPORTANT: No JUNK FOOD is allowed in the backstage area. This includes but is not limited to: cookies, candies of any kind, chips, and anything fried. If there are vending machines in the backstage area, it is acceptable for those to continue operating and be stocked with whatever is usually there, but NO OTHER EXCEPTIONS WILL BE PERMITTED.



ROOMS:
Only those with approved credentials will be permitted backstage immediately before, during, or after the Artist's performance. Venue must furnish four (4) lockable rooms for Artist (Eames), the Band, the Backup Dancers, and a lounge/green room that can be accessed by all members of Eames' team. These rooms should be clean, climate controlled, and near private lavatory facilities and showers. At NO TIME shall any unauthorized persons enter these dressing rooms and facilities without the consent of Eames or his security team, and this INCLUDES venue staff.

Dressing Room 1 (Eames):
-Clean towels (4 bath towels, 6 hand towels, total 10)
-Adequate closet space for Eames' costume changes
-Bright lighting
-Full length mirror
-Couch
-Foot massager
-Foot bath
-Foot lotion (unscented)
-Foot scrub (unscented)
-Access to a private shower/bathroom
-12 bottles of water
-3 bars of soap

Dressing Room 2 (Band):
-Clean towels (10, various sizes)
-Couch
-24 bottles of water
-Access to showers
-10 bars of soap

Dressing Room 3 (Backup Dancers):
-Clean towels (30, various sizes)
-Couch
-Access to showers
-36 bottles of water
-20 bars of soap

Green Room (accessible to all of Eames' crew and team):
-Spinach salad
-Lettuce salad
-Fresh vegetables and dip spread
-Fresh fruit spread (sliced fruits, whatever is in season)
-Cheese and cracker spread
-50 bottles of water
-10 packets of Darjeeling tea
-10 packets of Earl Grey tea
-Honey
-Lemons
-Milk
-Sugar
-Two pots of coffee (Decaf and Caf)
-Napkins, plates, utensils
-2 couches
