So was the Q&A in front of the whole audience? That would explain why everyone knew what he was talking about and cheered when he made the comment. I wouldn't have known what he was talking about without your primer.

That was what made it so incredible to me. It was a pure in joke for the 100 or so people in the audience. I think the only reason for him to start it is that he was mulling it over.
