well its just not possible for me to get a loan of that size anyways. BECAUSE, if i wanted a 400K loan, $7000 a month is the minimum i would have to pay and there is just no way i could even efford a quarter of that.

and it cant really be any different with other lenders.

BLAH

but the houses + appartments ive been looking at in my price range are AMAZING. Like two level penthouse type places that are 2 BR with a large balcony area.

when i find some awesome ones, i'll e-mail them to you or something.

but your totally right about not rushing into things, i know its gonna take months.

i have to see a financial planner!??!?!

oh and you have to put the # in too! otherwise it wont work
