Has anyone else heard about this? Best Buy is selling 4.0 with special packaging, dog tags, and a book. It also looks like Future Shop (a Canadian store) will have exclusive metal packaging.

8 total packages per store or you can only buy 8 at any given store?

That says minimum 8 per store.
