You know your writers block has hit a brand new low when you cannot remember if it's "Professor Snape" or "professor Snape"...

This is just plain sad. I haven't updated anything since September.

(Yes, I'm feeling sorry for myself, bare with me... or is it bear with me? AAAAAAAGHHHH~!)

I was just wondering about you phoenix_fancies January 20 2010, 12:57:53 UTC
I'm glad you are still with us.
As much as I am aching for more, sometimes the muse has to burn up and be reborn. take all the time you need.

Thank you for the kind words!

And I think "reborn" is a very precise description for my deteriorated muse ATM.

I surprised the HELL out of myself when all three of my exchange prompts seemed to want to embarrass and abuse poor Snapey. Not something I would write, but I guess it's something I'm yearning to read.

Thank you, melusin! I think I'll take you up on that offer once I get something completed.

Sux when the muse up and leaves. She is such a flighty swat sometimes. Maybe your muse and my muse are vacationing together somewhere - though, since the House Cup, I have been forcing mine back into action slowly but surely. Still, it's very hard to 'force' the muse. I long for the days of free flowing writing again.

Certainly take all the time you (or rather 'she') need to get back on track. I honeslty don't think anyone who is following your completely fantastic story will up and leave it regardless how long it might be before an update. It is just too good to let drop from the radar. :)

Maybe the sshg exchange will stir something and even if it doesn't stir Vain Wisdom, I'm positive the resulting exchange fic will be just as wonderful to read.

Reading through the exchange prompts did get some creative juices flowing. Hopefully my muse won't be MIA for very much longer.

Thank you for your encouraging words! I too remember the good times of continuous writing. Strange how now I've reached the point where I feel like I've completely forgotten HOW to write, lol. I hope your muse will flourish as well!
