[For anyone in Hungary's house, she can be seen disposing of the presents in the best way possible. Putting them in a deep hole in the backyard and avoiding the urge to find a certain someone and punch him in the damn face for this whole thing. She's certainly not going to let her "children" find them in any shape or form ( Read more... )

004, wtf is this

Ah, I know that a lot of nations that don't have a Christian population celebrate in other ways. I'd like to know the exact details, personally.

Bûche de Noël? I'm afraid I don't know that one... But a Bejgli is pretty much a poppy seed roll. They're pretty simple to make~

Well, it's close to New Year's, which is a much bigger celebration. Christmas is a smaller one, but they like to celebrate and exchange gifts and have parties and decorate trees and eat cake, all of those things!

The difference is really that it's a romantic holiday, it's a day you'd want to spend with someone you like. Because of that, the sort of small gatherings with friends would be impossible, the clients would expect otherwise. I don't mind spending the day with them, though! But in Japan, it's really the New Year that's best!

I think I'd rather have bejgli than a Bûche de Noël, if it's all right with you.

We don't really make a big deal out of the New Year, but to each their own, hm?~

Oh? It's not much different back home, we tend to make it more of a family and friends thing. I hadn't thought terribly much about it until recently, though.

That's perfectly fine, if you want to~

Mm, I like both! I really like Japan's holidays, but I grew up with Christmas. It's a holiday for families in France, as well.

Just let me know how I can help you.

Ah, France. Even he celebrates differently from myself. Though he's always done things a lot different from most of us.

I think I need to go find some ingredients, first. Though how to go about that when all the drones went missing...

You know France? What's he like? I would have expected a beautiful lady, like Hungary, but a man could perhaps also be suitable. I met Japan, you know, it was very exciting. He invited me over, but now he's forgotten.

Can you go to the grocery store, and if so, may I come?

Ah, France. He's... different. I probably shouldn't say too much about him, considering that I'm not the person to really speak of him...

I think I can and I would love for you to accompany me.

You don't get along with France? That's a shame, but I suppose it makes sense... But if he comes, I would like to meet him, I think!

[Is happy about getting to go to the grocery store, and has now completely forgot anything scary happened this morning :D]

It's not so much that I don't get along with him, I just don't speak to him a lot. I generally stick to those near me, unfortunately.

[Mission accomplished! :D!]

I've studied history, but I don't know very much about you or your country, I admit. But now I think I would like to visit sometime.

[Wasn't I trying to comfort you? Oh well.]

Unfortunately not a lot of people tend to. But there's a lot that happened with myself and my people, even if it doesn't seem too significant.

[...Well, noooo~]

No, no, I didn't mean it was insignificant...

I mean, you're very brave and strong, with a kind heart. I can't imagine Hungary not being a beautiful place.

[D: But I'm the man of the house]

I didn't say that you thought it was. That's just the main reason people don't know much about my history, is all.

...Ah. My home is a beautiful place and I do miss it. But it's sort of nice to see places outside of my borders.

[Keep telling yourself that, Tamaki. D:]

America was never one of the places I most wanted to see, but it's like a TV Drama. So in that way, it's interesting!

But I really would rather be in Japan... Horrible things don't happen there.

It is still relatively new to me. Only been about... Well, less than one hundred years when he began to call himself independent.

I can't say I know much about him, either. Quite a pity.
