Pick a character and I will give and explain the top five ideas/concepts/etc I keep in mind while writing that character that I believe are essential to accurately depicting them.

1. Revan is a billion times smarter than me. I try to keep that in mind but also remember that she/he never reveals any cards, which helps the fact that my intelligence is limited in comparison to her.
2. She doesn't see individual parts to the puzzle. She sees it in chunks, so one life to her =/= billions of lives. Lmfao, she would sacrifice anyone who got in her way of the bigger picture.
3. Revan cares, and I think that people don't get that point. She cares a lot about others, especially people she would even start calling a friend. But beyond that, she cares about her place. Her galaxy, her world. The people in it.
4. She's not light side, and she's not dark side. I think her goals fit in the light side scheme of things, but her methods are definitely dark side. She's an incredibly morally gray person, and she is hella comfortable in the middle.
5. Revan doesn't fear the dark side, which is a great motivator in her actions.

1. His feelings for Jaina pretty much help him decide most of his actions, but more than that, I think it's his guilt and need to prove himself to her. He really let her down when he walked away, and he doesn't like that part of himself.
2. The dark side scares the shit out of him, but I don't think he's realized that he still operates within the fringes. His anger for the dark side? It is the dark side.
3. That said, he is a pretty simple person. He wants to keep his friends safe, because those are the only people he has. He wants to be a good Jedi, because he has nothing else.
4. He's broken as shit.
5. Zekk doesn't like to be left out, but he also doesn't exactly know how to thrust himself into situations without feeling like he's stepping on toes or going over boundaries.

1. Science is really disconnected from people. So although he's ~*friendly*~, he sees people as part of a large experiment.
2. I really base him off the idea of science itself, so I try to keep those kinds of things in mind.
3. He just wants simple things out of life.
4. His main drive: being naked.
5. He's so smart... he's fucking stupid.

2. She wants to feel human, but she doesn't know how to act like it. It's kind of a constant struggle for her to act completely different than how she actually feels about a situation.
3. Everyone views her as this goody-two shoes, when in actuality, she is constantly plagued by jealousy, worry, manipulative behavior, and a darkness that is exactly like her aunt's.
4. She could really care less about propriety.
5. She would give up all her happiness for Wonderland.
