i want to find and beat up the person who invented the formula used by most reality/game shows. you know, when they take 20 minutes and 2 commercial breaks to tell you results that would take 3 minutes to actually say. And the first 10 minutes are a recap of last show with a 5 minute catch up after each break. they are putting 15 minutes of show

I hear that BBC America has a descent news show every day that gives a pretty good global perspective. Otherwise, might I suggest your own news filters online.

Reality shows... yeah... that ain't real.
