Superman Retunrs? Superman Bites!

Ok without getting into everything, against my better judgement, I went to go see the Superman Returns..god the name of the movie should have been Superman Drags on forever...man I was ready to walk out after the 15 minutes of credits at the begining of the movie...

and talk about lack of action, boring..please and to this day I still dont get how

i liked the movie but i wasnt wow-ed.

on your one point, Superman works at the Planet to keep close to the news, that way he knows about events/disasters faster. He didnt know those people before he got there, he developed relationships with them over time.

the thing that bothers me about the Superman movies is that he's never really challenged. Sure its cool to see him stop a flaming airplane spinning out of control, but where's the badass villain that really gives him a fight? i'm tired of seeing Lex or goons kick his ass because they threw some kryptonite at him, its been done. i want to see a villain kick his ass AS Superman. THAT would cause people to react more and say 'holy shit, that guys a terror!' Someone like Doomsday might be cool

plus, i've already made my bet for the villain in the sequel.. Brainiac. think about it.. crystals lost on the rock continent, then thrown into space. crystals that hold all of Krypton's technology and information (which is essiantially what Brainiac is)

Well said sir! Yeah, the only reason I was gojng to ever see that movie was to see Kevin Spacey. And that's all. I could give a rat's butt about superboy (cause thats what he looked like)

jimmy olsen knows who superman is. he has a signal he sends to him and everything whenever theres trouble, like robin and a batsignal, only more useless
