Ah I know the fic you're talking about. I think you might be putting two together, but for one of the Knight vs Anarchy challenges there was a crossover prompt. One of the entries was called The Curious Case of Bruce Button, which featured a young Jack. Another one of them was posted shortly after, and it was Nightmare Before Christmas crossover in which Joker was a little clown doll.
