That is awesome!! I think Bruce's decision of making love to Joker instead of the violence the clown wanted, despite it being a huge test of his own feelings against the madman, because he, for once, really frightened the one man who never seems to be frightened at all!

The dialogue's lines between them are great too! Bruce is quite the wise one here, and Joker, oh well, he gets in touch with hislost humanity, to see it's not quite so lost, I guess, and to him, that's the most terrifying experience of all.

Sorry about the weird paragraphs! My thing is stuck in HTML format, so I had to do everything manually T_T I can't figure out how to get the rich text back...and there was a lot of italicized words and lines that are now normal, I hope to fix it soon >

I loved this little twist to their usual routine of Joker baiting Batsy and the inevitable violence...It was in a way really beautiful too.

I especially liked this quote :

“I will not 'fuck you', I will do something that I'm not sure if anyone has ever done. I'm going to treat you like a human being.”

Bruce's changed tactics really seem to upset the Joker. He really hates Bruce's new way of breaking him with kindness. It's heartbreaking in a way because he is only human after all. And he really doesn't want to remember that. Sad and touching...

I do like this - a new angle on these two that works nicely! :)

I echo all of the above sentiments. This was a really nice take on the whole Batsy/Joker D/s relationship. And very, very hot.
