Ok, all I could do is laugh at the sight of a little girl scaring the others by donning Joker make-up. (daddy's little girl)Since I haven't finished playing catch-up on the beginnings of this story-arc my first thought was Bruce has 3 kids? What a slut! lolol.
Lolz, the idea made me laugh too, so I couldn't resist writing it. :) And this is actually the first time in the story I've mentioned Damian and Helena, so don't worry, you're not behind on that bit. And in his past confusion with Joker, along the lines of "OMG I'M GETTING OFF WITH RACHEL'S KILLER WTF IS WRONG WITH MEE?!?", Bruce had his moments of weakness with these women. But, as always, the clown wins his heart. :D
That was so sad, and so sweet. I always loved Selina, but she is a spoiled egotistic bitch sometimes, she just makes me nuts. As for Talia, I think you have her pegged. I can't wait to read more. As for music accompaniment, we started with Blackbird (celtic album) Breathe by Sia Followed by Gates of Istanbul by Loreena McKinnett
Thank you again so much! I'm glad you got to the second part of this chapter now. :) And yeah, I like Selina, she's pretty much a badass, but at the same time I hate her for coming between Bats and Mr. J. But in all honesty, if I didn't ship Batman/Joker as much as I do, I'd probably be shipping Batman/Catwoman. They're both so independent yet so similar - completely contrasting, of course, with how Batman and Joker are so dependent and yet so opposite, and so similar at the same time. So I prefer B/J, not BW/SK. Yeah.
And I'm *so* relieved that you approve of my rendition of Talia. To make a confession, beyond Batman: Hush and her wikipedia article, I've never actually seen her in action. Like Gordon, I'm having to do the best I can with what I have. :( So I'm glad I'm not completely off on her. Thanks. :D
And OMG, EVER SINCE I LISTENED TO THE BOOK OF SECRETS I HAVE BEEN IN LOVE WITH LOREENA MCKINNET!! And I have a huge passion for Celtic music, it works wonders for the ol' muse. Thanks for the songs :)
