Gorgeous. Absolutely wonderfully written- I especially like this part:
Batman and the Joker were gods, but I’d realized that so much of what I craved about Batman was just… mortal.

Holy late comment, Batman but this is ~flawless~ I love how Joker FINALLY realizes what it is he loves about Bruce and how Bruce just breaks the fuck down. Very lovely.
