I've never read The Little Prince, but I do have a story about that tale.

My dad and my sister each have a copy of the book. My sister has a copy in French, and My dad's copy is in German. Together, they would sit read a little each night. They'd go paragraph by paragraph....first in German, then French...then the two would do their best to translate the story to English.

They have never actually bought the English version, but I know both of their hearts hold a special place for the tale it tells.
