The Batman smiled a bit. The Joker always ended up calling him Bruce. It was more of a Freudian slip, he thought. The Joker wanted him to be Bruce, at times. Especially during sex. Part of him wanted to believe it wasn’t the sick attraction between two adversaries, but the honest attraction of the billionaire playboy for Jack Napier.

Sometimes, not often, but sometimes, Bruce understood it.
