I'm in such a funk at the moment, one of my more frustrating episode of depression. When I get like this I almost crave the sad part of depression just so I can have the release of crying. I've been kind of absent lately, I've been a bit depressed and my agorophobia has really flared up. Which then stressed me out more since I've only just been out today to pay the rent (I've been trying for two weeks!) and it's way over due.

Spot of luck. I was expecting to have to wait until after I'd got back from my summer holiday for an appointment for an Autism/Asperger assesment, but apparently there has been a cancellation and they can see me next Tuesday. I went to the beach at the weekend and found a personalised music cd with my name on, which is so rare that I can find anything with my name on, so my dad got it for me.
